Heroin Addiction Treatment in West Palm Beach, Florida

Abusing heroin is destructive, and developing the disease of addiction can be deadly. In 2018, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that almost 15,000 people died from a drug overdose involving heroin in the United States. This opioid drug is enslaving more people than ever and having devastating effects on their lives, their bodies, their relationships, their employment opportunities, their mental health, and more.

Why Choose Us

You have many good options for heroin addiction treatment in the United States and in Florida, but there are a few things that set our rehab center apart from the rest.

Our Delray Beach heroin addiction treatment staff team is made up of highly educated addiction professionals with extensive experience in recovery. Many of them have personally experienced the addiction and recovery process, or have family members who have been in treatment, so they can uniquely relate to what you are going through and have more compassion for your situation. We are well equipped to handle any aspect of your addiction, and we are committed to championing you through recovery and beyond.

Addiction is complex. It’s not just a single layer of choice, but rather a whole history of layers that can include genetic factors, environmental factors, relational triggers, trauma, and more. We understand that, so our programs – which are customized to each person who walks through our doors – are designed to get to the roots of your addiction and help you see the full picture. Then we are able to give you the resources you need to lay a better foundation that will lead to a healthier life. It’s a holistic approach that treats every aspect of your heroin addiction and gives you the best chance of success.

Recovery is a lifelong process that looks different for everyone, which is why we take the time to design a thorough after-care plan and alumni program for our graduates. Our treatment center will always be here for you, whatever season of life and recovery you are in, to offer support and help you stay clean. We also involve your support system in your treatment, if applicable.

Other than our excellent staff, holistic approach, and long-term commitment to you, our high quality supportive housing distinguishes us as one of the top choices of Florida rehab centers. Other places may offer inpatient housing, but it is often closer to facility living than a home. Because we know that your environment has a major impact on the success of your recovery, we intentionally created a beautiful, substance-free living space where you can relax, keep your independence, live in community, and focus on your recovery. What To Expect

Our vision is to see every person who is battling a heroin addiction get the professional help they need, but Better Tomorrow is not the right center for everyone. If you are interested in becoming a patient at our Delray Beach heroin addiction treatment center, call us to complete a pre-admission screening in order for us to determine if you are a candidate. If we find that you are not, we will guide you to other centers that may be a better fit! If you are accepted, treatment will begin immediately.

During week 1, you will move into housing, meet the staff, attend orientation, complete intake and assessments, and generally familiarize yourself with our center. During the first 45 days, you will completely immerse yourself in the clinical treatment program that has been designed for you; this may include medically supervised detox, one-on-one counseling, group therapy, exercise, and more. You will set goals for recovery and begin to work towards them. During the next 45 days, you will work with our staff to develop a long-term plan for recovery and an immediate discharge plan. Though most of our patients do graduate at 90 days, if you need longer to complete the program, we phase you down to outpatient status where you can continue to receive supportive care.

Do I Need This? Can I Afford This?

A heroin addiction doesn’t have to steal your future. Sometimes it can be difficult to determine when to get help, but because heroin is highly addictive, if you or a loved one is frequently using, or you are unable to stop despite negative consequences, then intervention is likely needed. Other signs of heroin addiction include drowsiness, agitation, depression, memory problems, reduced sense of pain, changes in appearance, slurred speech, constricted pupils, money issues, or risk taking. Don’t wait to get the help you need. You can call our Delray Beach heroin addiction treatment center for free, no questions asked, to learn more about what we offer and discover whether or not we are the best choice to help you.

Many people who are struggling with a heroin addiction hesitate to seek treatment because they aren’t sure if they can afford it. Rehab has a reputation of being expensive, but actually, federal law requires insurance providers to offer coverage for addiction treatment. We accept most major insurances, so if you have insurance, you are likely a good candidate for Better Tomorrow. It is free to call and check if we accept your insurance or what your other options for funding might be if not. Call us today at (844) 989-1415.
